Sundried Tomatoes
Wonderfully tiny flavor bombs.
Two versions:
1. Overripe tomatoes, concaseed, cut and dried for 3 days.
2. Overripe tomatoes, concaseed, seeded, peeled, cut and dried for three days, finished on the oven for 20 mins 130 F.
Bottled: Soaked in Garlic, Basil and Thyme infused Olive oil.

version 1: Looks plump due to seeds and peel
Version 2: Ideal dryness, ensuring minimal moisture content
